General Questions
TradelyOPS is an all-in-one management platform designed for foreign trade enterprises, helping you manage products, quotes, orders, and customer relationships.
After registering, you can quickly learn platform features through the new user guide, or load sample data to experience the system.
Currently supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. You can switch languages in the top right corner.
Product Management
Go to the Products page, click the Add Product button, fill in product information and upload images.
On the product edit page, click the AI Generate button, and the system will automatically generate multi-language descriptions based on product information.
Supports JPG, PNG, WebP formats. Recommended image size is 800x800 pixels or larger.
Quotes & Orders
Go to the Quotes page, click New Quote, select customer and products, set prices and trade terms, then save.
Supports common international trade terms like FOB, CIF, DDP, EXW, CFR. The system automatically calculates related costs.
On the quote details page, click the Convert to Order button, confirm the information to create an order.
On the quote details page, click the Export PDF button to download a professionally formatted quote.
Customer Management
Go to the Customers page, click Add Customer, fill in customer basic information and contact details.
On the customer details page, click Add Reminder, set the reminder time and content. The system will display it on the dashboard.
Customer stages include: New Customer, Contacted, Quoted, Closed, Lost. You can change stages by dragging on the board.
Account & Security
Go to Settings β Security, click Change Password, enter current password and new password, then save.
Go to Settings β Team, click Invite Member, enter email to send invitation link.
After the trial ends, you can upgrade to a paid plan to continue using all features, or use limited free features. Data is retained for 30 days.
Subscription & Billing
Supports credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Enterprise customers can apply for bank transfer.
Go to Settings β Subscription, select a new plan. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
After each payment, the system automatically sends electronic invoices to your registered email. You can also download historical invoices in Settings β Billing.
